It's important to note that hand-braided and hand-loomed rugs typically come at a lower cost than hand-knotted rugs. Due to the personalized nature of custom handmade rugs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders. We encourage you to carefully review all specifications and details before placing your order to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final product. The care instructions for custom handmade rugs are similar to those for regular area rugs.
