Arabic Kilim
This 80 years old Arabi Kilim was handwoven around the 1940s and remains in very good vintage condition. It was skillfully made using 100% hand-spun organic wool and naturally dyed with plant-based pigments, preserving a unique blend of traditional weaving and personal craftsmanship.
Arabi kilims are known for their rich symbolic language and harmonious designs. These flat-woven rugs were traditionally made by nomadic families as dowry pieces or for personal use, carrying motifs that speak of protection, fertility, and community heritage. This piece stands as a beautiful example of textile art rooted in cultural storytelling and handwoven dedication.
Material: 100% hand-spun organic wool, dyed with natural plants.
