A new, hand-knotted rug of contemporary design, set on a very faint lime-green ground that lends the piece a soft, airy calm. Stacked down the field, a series of elongated, pebble-shaped ovals float in a harmonious palette of chocolate brown, dusty sage, sandy tan, burnt orange, olive, soft grey, and deep navy. The overlapping forms create a gentle sense of rhythm and balance, like river stones arranged in a quiet column.
