Serio Ludere strives for the highest standard of shipping fulfillment of your order from our inventories in Mexico City, Montreal & Istanbul.
Although shipping windows may vary slightly, customers can generally expect orders to be delivered within the standards set out below, by geographic region.
A customer can track their order via the Tracking No. provided via the Shipping confirmation email received upon commencement of the order's movement.

We offer free shipping on all orders to continental USA, Mexico, provincial Canada, United Kingdom and Europe.
• USA only: For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico, a flat shipping fee of $200 will be applied at checkout
• Canada only: For shipments to Yukon, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories, a flat shipping fee of $100 will be applied at checkout

Yes! All our orders across Mexico, Canada, USA, United Kingdom and Europe are shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). You are guaranteed no additional charges at delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
You can also find your tracking number by logging into your Serio Ludere account.
Please allow up to 24 hours from when you receive your tracking number for its activity to update.
We are unable to support expedited shipping at this time.
